Ray has expertise designing and implementing monitoring programs and experiments regarding bird presence, abundance, movement, breeding, behavior, and physiology. In addition, he has expertise leading research teams, mentoring, writing reports and scientific papers, data science, and interacting with diverse stakeholders.
